Joe and Ashley's Nature Cake!

Today I am making a cake for Joe and Ashley's wedding tomorrow! Today it actually snowed here in Utah. Kind of crazy. Joe is my son's best friend and I am so excited to be doing this cake for them. Its a little different than other cakes I have done. It is a white 3-tiered cake with brown ribbon trim, and brown fondant cut-outs of bears, moose, and pine trees. The fondant has been giving me some issues, that's why fondant is not my favorite. But hopefully it will start working for me.
Okay, well. I'm gonna get back to getting this cake done. I will post pictures as soon as I can!
